Today, every Khayt piece is still made by our mum with the same patience, care and love that began the story. We do not mass-produce. We make each piece thoughtfully, especially for the person who will receive it.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Good to know before ordering.

We deliver across the UAE. Most pieces take 3–7 working days to make, while larger or customized orders may take longer. We confirm the timing and final delivery fee on WhatsApp.

No change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Because each piece is handmade—often especially for you—it becomes a final sale once we begin making it. If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from the order we confirmed, contact us promptly with clear photos so we can make it right in line with UAE consumer law.

How long does my order take?

Most small pieces need 3–7 working days. Jackets, sets and detailed custom orders may require longer. We confirm the timing before payment.

Can I choose different colours and sizes?

Yes. Choose your preferences on the product page and add measurements where needed. We confirm every detail on WhatsApp.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, and customized products are final once production begins. We will help if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

How much is delivery?

The estimated fee appears in your bag. We confirm the final delivery charge and timing before payment.

How do I send jacket measurements?

Add your usual size and measurements in the size field. We will contact you on WhatsApp if we need anything else.

How should I wash crochet pieces?

Hand-wash gently in cool water with mild detergent, reshape, then lay flat to dry.
